Facilitation for real life:

Helping individuals, families and communities navigate change, conflict, and big decisions with clarity and care.

Honest Conversations. Real Clarity. Forward movement.

When life feels messy, facilitation creates a path through. Whether you’re navigating a big life change, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling to make decisions as a household, I offer structured support to help you move forward with more ease, connection and confidence.

I work with:

  • Families with neurodivergent kids or complex dynamics

  • Parents, co-parents, grandparents, and caregivers

  • Roommates, housemates, and chosen family in shared homes

  • Individuals facing transitions like career shifts, caregiving, or alternative education decisions

Together, we’ll slow things down, clarify what matters most, and untangle what’s been overwhelming.

Hi, I’m Triss

I’m a facilitator, parent, and neutral guide who believes that every hard conversation holds the possibility for deeper connection. I’ve spent years helping families, chosen communities, and individuals navigate big transitions, messy dynamics, and everyday challenges, with clarity, compassion, and practical tools.

I don’t just teach this stuff, I live it. Facilitation tools have transformed communication in my own neurodivergent household, helping us navigate big emotions, reduce daily friction, and build more trust, even when things get messy. I bring a grounding presence, a good sense of humor, and a deep respect for everyone’s lived experience.

Facilitation isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about creating the kind of space where you can find your own.

Let’s work together to untangle what’s tough and build a way forward that actually works for you.

A group of people sit around a table. They all have note books and pens as if they are discussing something important.

What Is Facilitation?

Facilitation is a guided process that helps groups and individuals have clear, honest conversations. It’s not therapy, and it’s not coaching. It’s a practical, present-focused tool for helping people:

  • Navigate tough decisions

  • Communicate more effectively

  • Understand and honor different needs

  • Make aligned plans that work for everyone involved

You don’t need to be “in crisis” to benefit. Facilitation is for anyone who wants to move forward with more clarity and less friction.

Common Situations I Support:

  • Co-parenting across households

  • Supporting neurodivergent kids or adults

  • Living together with roommates, partners, or family

  • Making decisions about school or homeschooling

  • Caring for aging or disabled loved ones

  • Feeling stuck in transition—career, identity, parenting, or purpose

What You’ll Gain:

  • A safe, structured space to speak and be heard

  • Tools for better communication—now and in the future

  • Clarity on what’s most important

  • A realistic, values-aligned next step

Feeling stuck? Let’s talk.

I don’t just work with families, I also support mission-driven organizations. Whether you’re navigating team dynamics, planning a retreat, struggling with a conflicted board, or aligning around big decisions, I bring structure, clarity, and care to help your group move forward with purpose. If your work is people-centered, I can help you make the people part work better.
