I’ve always been the person people turn to when they need to make sense of chaos.

My journey into facilitation started long before I ever heard the word. Whether I was coordinating film auditions, managing events, running a small business, or helping families navigate alternative education paths, I found myself naturally stepping into the role of organizer, mediator, and guide.  

My experience in Agile Learning Communities showed me how powerful it can be to give every voice a seat at the table. I learned how to help groups—whether a room full of kids or a team of professionals—work through conflict, align on goals, and move forward together. That experience led me to Workshopper Master training and solidified what I now know is my calling:

Helping people untangle messy conversations and turn them into action.
